Competition is increasing year by year in all specialties, it is becoming more crucial for doctors to submit competitive portfolios through dedicated mentorship and research papers. 75% of FY2s did not enter specialty training in 2022.

36,800 doctors (grown by 75% since 2019) are Locally-employed doctors and have access to variable support during their career often, they face inadequate inductions that overlook career advancement opportunities.

International Medical Graduates make up 41% of the NHS Workforce and only 5% are in training positions.
